Find Your Natural Position

Keyboard And Mouse Placement
Your natural posture is the best, but your keyboard and mouse should be positioned in a way that keeps your elbows to your sides and your arms at or below a 90-degree angle. Thus, you will be lessening the burden on your muscles and avoid the strain on your arms.
Position your keyboard 1-2 inches above your thighs, which is an ideal position. It’s recommended to have a keyboard tray. You can also have a lowered desk.
Your keyboard must have a negative tilt. Your arms and hand must follow the downward slope towards your thighs.
Your mouse should be a distance apart from the keyboard. It’s ideal to have a raised keyboard and a flatter mouse.
Position Your Screen
Positioning your screen is vital, yet easy. Don’t set your screen too far away. This can cause you to lean towards the screen and sprain your neck. Never position it too close to spare your eyes from strain. Find a sweet spot, and extend your arm. Your monitor must be at a distance of the tip of your middle finger. Make sure you adjust the screen height according to your comfort.
Adjust Your Chair
Your chair is your best work buddy, supporting your back, your bottom and your posture. Your chair should help you support your natural posture. It should hold back your vertebrate and your position, adding comfort while working in prolonged periods. While sitting, make sure that there is a little bit of space between the edge of the chair and the back of your knees. Adjust the height of the chair according to your comfort position. Your feet should be on the floor and your thighs slightly below your hips. If you don’t find comfort with a chair, change it.
Get Up And Move
There is one most important thing in increasing ergonomics – physical activity. Take a break at least once in an hour, walk around and stretch your body. Physical activity can reduce your stress and add health benefits while working for prolonged hours.
