Active Contracting Workflow
The organization worked with multiple carrier partners, each with its own forms, credential requirements, and review process. Producers had to complete separate forms for every carrier and submit them by email.
Documents such as state licenses, E&O coverage, AML training certificates, banking details, and compliance questionnaires were checked manually. Approvals moved through forwarded email threads, with limited visibility once a request reached the carrier. As the network grew, tracking applications, requirements, follow-ups, and contracting outcomes became difficult.
Producers had to complete a separate set of forms and documents for each carrier.
The team collected and verified every producer's details manually.
Approvals moved from the agency admin to the corporate team and then to the carrier, without one shared queue.
Carrier packages were prepared by hand, increasing the chance of missing or incorrect information.
Once a request was sent to a carrier, the team had limited visibility into its status and no clear audit trail.
Contracting results had to be entered manually into the producer and compensation system.
Every new producer or carrier added more manual work for the team.
We built the platform to manage the complete contracting process while working alongside the organization's existing systems. Producer information, licensing details, and hierarchy records remain in their current systems, while users continue to sign in and access the platform through the existing portal.
The platform brings onboarding, contracting requests, approvals, document generation, carrier submissions, and status updates into one connected workflow.

Agency admin
Reviews and approves requests, manages agency producers.
Corporate

Multi-Carrier Updates

The platform moved producer contracting from a largely manual, email-based process to a connected digital workflow. Onboarding and approvals that took a week now take hours, the team processes far more contracts a day with a fraction of the staff, and updates across carriers that once took over two weeks are handled the same day.

Each carrier has its own requirements, document formats, business rules, and submission methods. To manage these differences, the platform allows administrators to configure each carrier within the same workflow.
This makes it easier to add new life and annuity carrier partners or update existing requirements without making code changes or waiting for a new software release.
